Join us in welcoming Chef Chef Kelsey Barnard Clark to the Fiamma kitchen. Kelsey is a Gulf‑born culinary dynamo from Dothan, Alabama, celebrated as the first Southerner and only fan‑favorite to win Bravo’s Top Chef (Season 16). A Culinary Institute of America graduate, she honed her savory and pastry skills in Michelin-reviewed kitchens in New York City—under Chef Gavin Kaysen at Café Boulud and John Fraser at Dovetail. Known for her refined Southern‑French cuisine rooted in family traditions and seasonal ingredients, Kelsey garnered national acclaim through Top Chef and cultivated a loyal following via frequent appearances on Food Network shows like Guy’s Grocery Games, Tournament of Champions, Chopped, and Bobby’s Triple Threat. A 2024 James Beard semifinalist for Best Chef: South, and author of two cookbooks—including Southern Get‑Togethers—Clark brings warmth, hospitality, and thoughtful technique to every plate she crafts.
