Housing Strategist Carissa Connelly, City Administrator Jade Riley and implementing partners will present the City of Ketchum’s Annual Housing Action Plan, which outlines goals, strategies, and priority actions. Drafted actions include a long-term rental incentive, a housing assistance one-stop shop, preservation of existing housing, and zoning changes to increase supply, and is informed by surveys, interviews, and other community outreach.
Join us for their presentation ahead of May 17, when Ketchum voters will decide whether to increase the Local Option Tax and whether those additional funds can be used solely for workforce housing provision and support. Spending of this separate fund will be guided by the Housing Action Plan. This presentation will be livestreamed and available to view live or later on Vimeo. Seating is limited, and advance registration is recommended.
