The next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on the updated comprehensive plan will be Tuesday, April 8th at 4:30 PM. In response to community feedback, there will be a presentation by city staff addressing the following topics:

• Why update the plan?
• Future Growth Estimates
• City’s Infrastructure Capacity
• Proposed Densities
