Kick off International Women’s Day at Sun Valley with a celebration of inclusivity and women in the outdoors!
Festivities will begin at 10am with “A Lap for the Ladies.” Meet at top of Baldy to join in a fun rally cry and photo op before cruising down College! Not interested in going all the way to the top? Higher Ground will lead a lower mountain group from the top of Lower River Run at 10:15am. Costumes are encouraged!

The celebration continues with The Women of Sun Valley- A Ski History Challenge. Take a selfie skiing or boarding down runs named for great female athletes that have shaped our Sun Valley community. Return your completed Ski History card to River Run Plaza, where DJ Marlene will be spinning the beats from 1-3pm. Completed challenge cards will be entered to win awesome prizes at the live drawing at 2pm! And, participants will receive a 20% off coupon for all Sun Valley retail locations good for the month of March. Even better, guests can shop for a cause at Brass Ranch or Pete Lane’s all day—as a portion of the proceeds of sales will be donated to Higher Ground and SheJumps!
