For those who love salty-crunch snacks, it’s easy to let the snack aisle at the grocery store fulfill hankerings when they arise. But there’s a lot to love about making those snacks at home now and then instead–particularly the degree to which you customize the snacks by using your favorite ingredients and seasonings. This class will show you how easy it can be to make your own crackers and crisp-fried vegetable chips. And from among other savory snacks in Cynthia Nims’ book Salty Snacks, she’ll be demonstrating Fennel Bagna Cauda and Deviled Ham with Pickled Peppers.
