Main Street in Hailey becomes hallowed ground for trick or treaters during the annual Hailey Halloween Hoopla on Monday October 31, 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., sponsored by the Chamber – Hailey & Wood River Valley and supported by local area merchants.

Look for the orange & black balloons.
