We’re thrilled to announce something new from our kitchen—Bruciato. Bruciato is Fiamma’s first-ever pizza pop-up: a limited series dedicated to the magic of true Neapolitan-style pizza. Inspired by Naples, the birthplace of pizza, our pies are handmade—blistered in a roaring oven, kissed by live fire, and charred just right.

This is pizza Fiamma’s way—bold, soulful, and impossibly sexy. From the perfectly puffed crust to the ripe tomatoes and milky mozzarella, every detail is an homage to Italian tradition.

Join us this coming Tuesday, July 8th at 4:30 PM — until they are sold out. This is a fun, informal, take out only event. Pies are for take home! Limit 2 per-person.
