4th of July at Sun Valley Resort
The perfect Independence Day is full of nostalgia, reflection, and some classic all-American good fun. At Sun Valley resort, we invite you to kick back and kick-off your celebratory week with all the makings of a Fourth you’ll never forget.
2023 4th of July Events include
Saturday, July 1st: Bald Mountain Biking Opening Day 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Get out on the trails of Bald Mountain with lift-accessed hiking and mountain biking.
Saturday, July 1st: Yoga at River Run 9:00 am
All levels are welcome to these free one-hour classes held outdoors and presented by Brass Ranch. Please bring your own yoga mat and water. Space is limited, please arrive at 8:45am to register.
Sunday, July 2nd: Summer Kick-Off at Bald Mountain 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Celebrate the opening of Summer Operations at Bald Mountain with live music, yard games, and food & beverage at River Run, plus lift-accessed hiking and biking on Baldy.
Monday July 3rd: Western Pop-up Shop
Stop by The Brass Ranch in the Sun Valley Village for a Western Pop-Up shop including bolo ties, hats, and hat bands. Stay for live music, lawn games, and more!
4th of July Celebration in the Sun Valley Village
Spend the day in the Sun Valley Village before the big concert with live music, a bounce house, face painting, an outdoor bar & ice cream stand, and so much more!
Marcus King Concert featuring Tylor & The Train Robbers
Join us in celebrating July 4th with one of the biggest up-and-coming Grammy Nominated artists Marcus King, performing live at the Sun Valley Pavilion featuring Tylor & The Train Robbers. Come out for an evening of live music, good vibes, and a huge fireworks display after the show! Doors open at 5:30 pm.

July 5th & 6th: Pickleball Tournament
Enjoy a pickleball tournament open to all skill levels. Test your skills in a casual environment at one of the top tennis and pickleball centers in the Rocky Mountain West.
July 6th: Sun Valley on Ice Show – Mariah Bell with fireworks following the show

July 7th: Yoga on the Mountain
Get your zen on at 9,150 feet during our mountaintop gentle flow yoga classes at Lookout Lodge! Focus on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment, and mindfulness. This class is open to all ability levels.
