The Liberty Theatre Company presents The Last Five Years. The hit musical by Jason Robert Brown follows the story of Cathy, a struggling actress, and Jamie, a budding novelist on the brink of wild success, who meet, fall in love, marry, and divorce over the span of five years. Cathy tells the story from the end of their marriage; Jamie begins from when they first meet. As the musical unfolds, Cathy moves backward in time to the beginning of the relationship as Jamie moves toward the end; they meet only once, in the middle, at their wedding. After three years away, we’re headed back to the ballroom for one of the most highly anticipated fundraising events of the year. Most known for our oncology summer camps, Camp Rainbow Gold also provides a camp for siblings, retreats for families, a teen support group, a college scholarship program, and a year-round community for families who have endured a pediatric cancer diagnosis. Camp Rainbow Gold programs are made possible by the generosity of donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community support through events like the Share Your Heart Ball.
