“Jung’s play keeps you in thrilling, unnerving suspense.” – New York Magazine
SHOW DESCRIPTION:
When a young Korean boy is adopted by a new family via Yahoo! message boards (read: illegally re-homed) chaos is unleashed. The boy is not what he seems.
When his ex-father drops him off, ready and raring to reassign power of attorney in the doorway, it is revealed that the boy’s new parents are also not what they seemed.
The internet is a place where people misrepresent things…
In the messy aftermath of the online-adoption one thing is absolutely certain: wolves know their kind. (And they do not use internet.)
WOLF PLAY is a complex story of family and belonging, the lengths to which we’ll go for love and a glimpse into the shadow side of our digital society.
