DESCRIPTION:Each week in this gentle class we will explore specific aspects
  that help us maintain our youth. Aspects include: Breath Exercises\, Spina
 l Movements\, Joint Movements\, Strengthening Abs\, Balance\, Relaxation\, 
 Focus/Meditation\, Eye Yoga.\\n\\nClass will include: Easy Movement\, Gentl
 e Yoga - both Strengthening and Lengthening Muscles\, Mudras (hand gestures
 )\, and Mantra (sound).\\n\\nWe will use a chair during this class\, and Co
 lleen will offer variations of postures so that there is always a place for
  you to be\, and feel comfortable.\\n\\nAll levels\, and ages welcome.\\nPl
 ease bring your own yoga mat.\\n$20 per class\\n\\nThis class is available 
 to attend both in person\, and on-line. Pay at the class with cash\, check 
 or Venmo. To pay with credit or debit card\, and for on-line attendance\, y
