 day\, August 12th for a special talk with the artist for a more in-depth lo
 ok at her latest exhibition\, "Frequency of Seeing." With her latest exhibi
 tion\, Benedict explores perception as an emotional experience. Inspired by
  her daughter's heightened sensitivity to light\, color\, and pattern\, the
  new work incorporates silver and gold leaf that shifts with changing light
