DESCRIPTION:Join Bridgette Aldrich in a beautiful co-creation as she weaves
  together the harmonics of multiple Crystal Singing Bowls amidst our verdan
 t greenhouse. These harmonics combined with energetic alchemy will assist y
 ou into a very deep relaxation and alignment of your whole human system. Cr
 ystal Alchemy Singing Bowls are made up of 99.99% pure quartz crystal with 
 differing minerals and gems melted into a bowl-like shape. These Bowls prod
 uce a very beautiful\, ethereal sound of high frequency energy. These frequ
 encies are so fine that they can permeate every cell of the body bringing e
 motional\, mental and physical relief while entraining the brain into a med
 itative state. This combined with Bridgette's expertise of Energetic Alchem
 y will assist you into an expansion of a whole new level of yourself.\\n\\n
 Some basic Instructions for getting the most out of your Sound Bath...\\n~ 
 It is best to lie down for the whole experience but not necessary.\\n~ Each
  person will have an experience very unique to their Self. This is an Energ
 etic Alignment  Session. Some may experience slight discomfort in their  
 physical or emotional      bodies as energetic blocks are released. All 
 you need to do is remember to breathe and let them flow through. Same thing
  with mental loops that have you going round in circles. Just be aware and 
 let the bowls take them away.\\n~ There are limited yoga mats available at 
 the Garden\, so if you have your own please bring it.\\n~ Depending on the 
 weather\, it could be a little chilly or rather warm in the greenhouse! Ple
 ase bring a blanket\, warm layers and a pillow. Comfort is highly encourage
