 tion and give you an introduction to your bike. We will then move on to lea
 rning about dynamic on-bike body positions and practicing both uphill and d
 ownhill berms. Taught in a progressive format to ensure safety and comfort 
 before moving on to the next skill. It also allows you to progress at your 
 own pace.
