  Our "Never Ever" Mountain Bike Clinic is for you. We will start with a gr
 oup bike inspection and give you an introduction to your bike. We will then
  move on to learning about dynamic on-bike body positions\, shifting\, peda
 ling\, braking and descending\, climbing techniques\, and an introduction t
 o cornering all in a supportive environment. Taught in a progressive format
  to ensure safety and comfort before moving on to the next skill. It also a
 llows you to progress at your own pace.
