  Women's "Never Ever" Mountain Bike Clinic is for you. We will start with 
 a group bike inspection and give you an introduction to your bike. We will 
 then move on to learning about dynamic on-bike body positions\, shifting\, 
 pedaling\, braking and descending\, climbing techniques\, and an introducti
 on to cornering all in a supportive environment. Taught in a progressive fo
 rmat to ensure safety and comfort before moving on to the next skill. It al
 so allows you to progress at your own pace.
