  grew up in Memphis\, TN\, where his love of meaningless nonsense led him t
 o Indiana University to study Psychology. After graduating\, he worked at a
  comedy club called The Looney Bin. When he won a stand-up competition at a
  tiny Beale Street bar\, the comedy bug bit hard—and Nick packed his bags
  for New York to chase the dream. His sharp\, original material earned him 
 spots on Comedy Central's Live at Gotham\, VH1's Morning Buzz\, and AMC's
  Date Night\, and he advanced to the semi-finals of NBC's Last Comic Stan
 ding.\\n\\nAfter moving to Los Angeles\, Nick won the March Madness Competi
 tion at the Hollywood Improv\, appeared on Comedy Central's Inside Amy Sch
 umer\, and made his late-night debut on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferg
 uson. He's been featured on AXS's Gotham Comedy Live\, played the lead in 
 the ESPN.com web series Team Players\, and starred in commercials for Peps
 i Max\, Joe's Crab Shack\, CarMax\, and e*Trade—including a Super Bowl ha
 lftime spot. When he's not onstage\, Nick is probably still thinking about 
 that one guy in the crowd who wouldn't stop texting during his set.
