SUMMARY:Yoga in the Garden
DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a morning of slow flow yoga with us at the garden! The mi
 ndful movement of this class supports you in deepening into the present mom
 ent as you listen to the birds\, feel the breeze or sunshine across your fa
 ce and take in the scent of flowers in full bloom.\\n\\nBeginners\, advance
 d practitioners and everyone in between are welcome to join for this class.
  Please bring a yoga mat and props with you if you have them. SBG has a han
 dful of yoga mats for loan. Note that this class is outside and among the n
 atural elements (within reason). In the event of inclement weather\, the cl
 ass will take place in our greenhouse.\\n\\nYoga classes will be held each 
 Tuesday from July 8-July 29 at 10-11am. Register at sbgarden.org/events to 
 reserve your spot. Registration is encouraged but not required. The exchang
 e is $20 for SBG members and $25 for non-members. Contact Megan at megan@sb
